Celebrated its 20th Anniversary!
In May, Minnesota Mailing
Solutions celebrated its 20th anniversary being the preeminent independent
mailing equipment and office automation dealer in Minnesota and
northern Wisconsin. Without your long lasting trust and partnership
in our organization and our employees, this milestone would have
been difficult to reach. Thank you for trusting your mail center
and office automation needs to us.
I am thrilled to announce
an exciting change that will launch our relationship to an entirely
new level and one that poises both of us for success in the years
to come.
Effective as of November
30, 2007, Pitney Bowes Inc. has acquired substantially all the operations
of Minnesota Mailing Solutions and will continue our operations
under the Minnesota Mailing Solutions name. More importantly, the
most significant change for you is the availability, through Minnesota
Mailing Solutions, of the world's premier mailing and document handling
equipment from the SECAP division of Pitney Bowes. The support and
impeccable customer care to which you have become accustomed through
your relationship with Minnesota Mailing Solution remain the same.
Be confident in the following:
Nothing changes for
you at Minnesota Mailing Solutions. All personnel, contact phone
numbers and relationships remain unaltered. I remain the Minnesota
Mailing Solutions' leader and will continue to ensure that our vision,
mission and values that you so greatly embrace continue in place
to serve for your benefit.
For holders of Minnesota
Mailing Solutions Postage Plus Maintenance Agreements, know that
they remain in force and are fully supported by Minnesota
Mailing Solutions.
We continue to be your
end-to-end equipment sales, service and supply vendor. Although
our relationship with Hasler has ended, our relationship and
commitment to you has not.
We have large parts and supply inventories, a source for continued
replenishment and a dedication to keeping the transition to you
as seamless as possible.
Due to postal regulations, when the meter fails we are no longer
able to physically replace it, but we will facilitate its replacement
for you should that be required.
Feedback we have heard
repeatedly from you is what matters most is what happens for you
after the sale. You have told us your relationship with Minnesota
Mailing Solutions far outweighs the one with the equipment manufacturer.
We look forward to continuing our strong partnership and to continuing
to earn your business as your service provider. And, when the time
comes to replace your current system, we look forward to sharing
with you the world's best equipment from SECAP.
You will receive continued
communication from us over the next few weeks. You may also hear
from other dealers or directly from Hasler. Please be assured your
primary relationship remains with Minnesota Mailing Solutions. If
you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office

of weeks, so please be patient in our transition. Our goal remains
to stay focused on you, our customer.
While this announcement
launches a whole new era for all of us, know that this decision
to change was done with much thought and great care. It is vital
